Hall of Fame Nomination
Bob does all the work to put together education for our workshops. He listens to what members would like to see presented and then attempts to make them happen. He sets up speakers from within our own ranks and also often from the gardening community. We have also benefited from his knowledge of technical challenges such as microphones for all speakers so that we can all hear what is going on. He also takes care of many PC oriented programs helping us all to more detailed information projected on a screen for all to see.
While taking care of all the details for our Federation auctions at workshops, he has also increased the amount of funds paid with photos of the dahlias being auctioned. This takes many hours to accomplish. Bob Schroeder is a hard worker for the Federation and should be a member of the Hall of Fame.
Bob Schroeder is also a member of the executive board of the American Dahlia Society as the Judging Evaluation chairman. Dahlia enthusiasts for many years, Bob and Terry Schroeder are one of the hardest working couples in the Federation of Northwest Dahlia Growers!
